We'll be locking the BackerKit orders in 6 days, after which no changes will be allowed.
If you haven't answered the survey yet, and you want your name in the back of the book, now is your last chance to grab it, as we'll be locking the page in the book.
Also, it's just really useful if you can answer the survey, so you can receive your rewards.

Surveys and Postage

Hi,
So the surveys are all sent out - check your inbox if you haven't received them yet.
A backer just mentioned about postage. I'm transitioning to the postage being paid fully in the pledge manager, but unfortunately, Robyn is a bit stuck in the middle of the transition, which means the initial pledge postage was paid in Kickstarter, and add-on postage in BackerKit.
This is my bad.
Rest assured, I will refund the difference in postage to add-on backers where BackerKit incorrectly calculates the postage.
I hope that makes sense. Apologies for the confusion.

BackerKit Surveys Are Coming Soon(ish)

Hope you're well. See below for info on the surveys.
Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfil your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://robyn-volume-one.backerkit.com/.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://robyn-volume-one.backerkit.com/faq.

Hi,
Well, I won't lie, that exceeded all expectations! Thank you for backing Robyn Volume One and for bringing this great project to life!
Next steps are below:
- Kickstarter will now collect your pledge
- If it can't collect your pledge for any reason, it'll send you an email letting you know
- After a couple of weeks, the money arrives in our account
- We'll send out the surveys via the BackerKit pledge manager - I'll send out a separate email about BackerKit in a few days.
- As part of the survey, you can choose to add any of our other graphic novels as add-ons, as well as rewards from previous Robyn Kickstarters
- You send the survey back to us - the faster we receive the completed surveys, the faster we can print the book
- We'll receive all the goodies for the rewards, collate them and post them out to you
